IMPORTANT NOTE:
The EPE Pre-Cruise Package does not cover the host
hotel cost. Guests must contact the hotel directly and make
reservation.
Booking begins February 1,
2008. Please contact the
Miami Beach Resort and Spa at (305) 532-3600 and make your
reservation using the EPE discount
code of "Ebony Pyramid" or "EPE". The EPE Pre-Cruise Package
does cover shuttle service from the Miami International Airport to the
host hotel, the
expo and socials, the party and show, and shuttle service from the
host hotel to the Port of Miami on Friday, October 10, 2008.

required to work a minimum of 2 (two) hours or until

IMPORTANT NOTE:
A one time $20 processing fee will be added to each guests
account that use the online payment system,
at any time.
If one person is paying on behalf of others, all guests listed in the
payment will be assessed this fee.

hold EPE responsible for my inability to travel.

that my Deposit is Non-Refundable.

Monthly Payment Obligation,
the Cancellation Process, and that I cannot initiate a chargeback.
I will not hold
EPE responsible for my cabin mate(s) [if applicable] failure to meet
payment obligations that may
cause me fees or re-assignments, possibly with
another guest(s).

I cannot drop any choices made.
